Today we celebrate International Recycling day! âťď¸â It's an important day to call for action and raise awareness about what recycling is.â Recycling is the process of collecting and processing materials that would otherwise be thrown away as trash and turning them into new products!â

No better day to celebrate an impressive world record in Denmark. 93% of cans and bottles are returned for recycling â the highest percentage in the world! If we look at plastic bottles alone, a whopping 96% are returned*.
Every day 5,2 million cans and bottles are returned in Denmark â this means that almost every person in Denmark returns a bottle or can every single day.
While we can and should celebrate all milestones, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Every minute 1 truck of plastic enters our ocean and we are on a mission to stop it and you can be a part of it.đđ˝
